My child is really enjoying and benefiting from her OT sessions. Our therapist has been incredibly understanding and patient, giving the exact support my child needs and allowing her to progress at the right pace. The sessions are always fun and engaging!

Live & Love It help develop independence skills to make the transition to adulthood easier. Our OT has helped our teen with emotional regulation which was much needed. Live & Love It also help outside of the sessions, such as liaising with education settings to improve the experience for the child.

The Sensory Attachment Parent Sessions have brought us a fresh, deeper and invaluable understanding of our daughter’s complex attachment and sensory needs. They have reached the corners that psychotherapy couldn’t unlock. They have taught us how to be alongside her in dysregulated moments and facilitate her moving through them in a new, highly effective way. We would highly recommend them.

What really sets Live & Love It apart is that they genuinely put the young person at the centre of everything they do. Throughout our daughter's time with them she has made progress in so many areas, including becoming more aware of how her body feels, which has helped with her self-regulation. She’s even wearing regular socks and shoes now – something we never thought possible. All of this was managed at her pace, with carefully tailored support that met her individual needs and goals, making each session engaging and meaningful to her. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they’ve helped her achieve.
